These present terms are the contract of sale between the consumer or other client using web-shop www.m0re.eu (hereinafter referred to as m0re.).
If you shop in our webshop, you agree to these terms.
m0re. e-shop is not intended for buyers with reselling purposes.
m0re. reserves the right to change prices and herby terms at any time without prior notice. m0re. will not change unilaterally prices nor terms for already placed orders or made contracts.
Descriptions of the products and prices are shown next to each product. All prices are given in euros.
Select the desired products and add them to the cart also selecting the number of products. The contents of the shopping cart can be reviewed at any time by clicking on the cart icon at the header of the page.
When all selected products are in your cart, move on to the next page and choose the form of delivery, and accurately fill in all the fields. Fields marked with a star * are mandatory to fulfill.
Payment can be made through:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
In case you have some comments about your order, please write them to the remarks section in the shopping cart.
Before proceeding to payment, make sure that selected products, amounts, and prices are correct.
Select a payment method, confirm your order and you will be forwarded to the selected payment form. Before selecting the payment method you must agree to the terms and conditions of sale.
After confirmation of payment, we send you the purchase confirmation e-mail regarding your order.

We offer the following delivery options:
– Estonia- Itella SmartPOST/Omniva postal parcel machines. Price 2,85 €. Please also select the parcel machine from the drop-down menu where you want to have your package delivered.
– Finland- Itella SmartPOST or as a registered Post parcel.
– Rest of the world- ParcelFellows or as a registered Post parcel.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by m0re. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Usually, the order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If there are no obstacles, we will dispatch the delivery on the same or next working day. We will inform you if the order cannot be sent within 3 working days.
Although we make every effort to get your order to arrive as quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the transport provider.
Based on experience, we can say that on mainland Estonia orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days, Finland 3-4 working days, European Union countries 5-7 working days, and the rest of the world 7-15 working days.
Always check carefully that all your inserted data is correct. Errors may cause the delay or even loss of order.
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw the contract within 14 days from receipt in case products are unused and packages are not broken/damaged.
The right of withdrawal is only for consumers, which means for a natural person who concludes a transaction not related to independent economic or professional activities. All other persons are not considered as consumers.
The precondition for the right of withdrawal is that products have not been handled in a way that differs from the way products would be handled in the case of a physical store.
The consumer must return the products to the seller within 14 days of the application for withdrawal.
If you have withdrawn from the contract and sent back the ordered products, m0re. will reimburse you the amount paid for the products and delivery on an ordinary scale (i.e. cost of SmartPOST) within 14 days of the receipt of the withdrawal application.
The consumer bears the costs of delivery when returning the products. The seller will not reimburse the costs of returning delivery.

The consumer can rely upon non-compliance of the object of the contract with the terms and conditions of the contract on the legal remedies provided by law: require performance of the obligation, withhold performance of an obligation which is due from the obligee, demand compensation for damage, withdraw from or cancel the contract, reduce the price in the case of a delay in the performance of a monetary obligation, demand payment of a penalty for late payment.
The consumer has the right to recourse to a body settling extra-judicial complaints and disputes. The instructions are in the Estonian Consumer Protection Board website.
m0re. always checks all products before dispatching them, however, if you discover that the received goods are damaged, you should never use them and inform us by e-mail or in written form as soon as possible, but no later than within two weeks from receiving the products.
If products have defects due to our fault, we repair, replace, or reimburse the defective products in an amount that you have paid in our e-shop.
Do not use damaged products. Such use is the buyer’s sole responsibility. We cannot compensate or replace damaged products when products have been used.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of a product that exists at the time when the product is delivered to the consumer.
